Returns / Refund Policy

Our Simple 30-day Return Policy – OnFit

In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or the product doesn’t fit you properly, you can simply return the product to us. We will replace the product or refund entire amount.

Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to: ONFIT PRIVATE LIMITED, UNIT -2, SF-94/3B, PULIYAMARA THOTTAM, VADUGENKALIPAYAM POST, MANGALAM VIA, TIRUPUR – 641663. India.

Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy. Consumable items that have been used cannot be returned. Refund of money will happen the way payment was made. If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the money to your Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

This policy is only for customer in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.

Delivery Information:

If the shipment sent to you is returned undelivered to us due to your non availability on the date of delivery or any other reason beyond our control, we shall inform you by phone & mail for further instructions. However the charges for re-dispatching the shipment have to borne by you.
